Position Summary:
Trekz Inc. is seeking a skilled FAA Part 107-certified Drone Operator to conduct aerial data collection for land surveying, construction site analysis, and geographic mapping across Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct drone-based aerial mapping, topographic surveys, and photogrammetry
- Capture high-resolution **aerial imagery, LiDAR, and 3D terrain models
- Process and analyze geospatial data using GIS and mapping software
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure drone functionality and compliance
- Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to meet data accuracy requirements
- Maintain FAA compliance, airspace regulations, and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot drone software/hardware issues and ensure regular maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Required)
- Proven experience in aerial mapping, photogrammetry, and surveying applications
- Proficiency with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS), Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of GPS, LiDAR, RTK/PPK drone technology
- Ability to work in various field conditions, including construction and remote locations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Florida
- Knowledge of FAA airspace regulations and restricted flight areas
Preferred Experience:
- Land surveying, GIS, and geospatial data analysis
- LiDAR and multispectral imaging for environmental or infrastructure projects
- Construction site progress tracking and volumetric analysis
- Inspection of utilities, pipelines, or infrastructure

Trekz Inc. is seeking an Operations & Surveying Manager to lead field teams, oversee technical workflows, and help scale our U.S. presence. This role involves close coordination with senior leadership both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field survey teams and subcontractors across multiple active projects.
- Oversee technical workflows including photogrammetry, LiDAR, geodetic surveying, and GIS-based mapping.
- Ensure quality control from field data acquisition through AutoCAD and ESRI/ArcGIS integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership in Israel and the U.S. for planning, reporting, and strategy.
- Play a key role in operational scaling and business growth in the U.S. market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience managing teams and executing complex surveying or geospatial projects.
- Strong technical expertise in land surveying, geodesy, photogrammetry, and drone-based mapping.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, ESRI/ArcGIS, and other modern geospatial processing tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus: Israeli background or Hebrew proficiency (a plus for HQ coordination).
